A thought leader in the impact of AI on Global Business Services (GBS) and the BPO industry, Marie is driving KPMG's global perspective on Agentic GBS and Agentic Corporate Services. She has played a key role in designing and establishing Global Capability Centres and complex multi-provider, multi-function outsourcing arrangements across AsiaPac, China, India, Europe, USA, and ANZ.
