Ed leads the HLS sector for the technology CoE in the UK, supporting clients on critical integration and separation projects to ensure maintenance of deal value with robust process and project management skills. Ed establishes strong relationships with stakeholders, and is adept at synthesising key information relevant to each party to ensure efficiency. He ensures projects are always under tight control with a pragmatic, supportive approach to business priorities and demands.
