Lisa is Vice Chair at KPMG UK, where she is a trusted advisor with some of our most important clients, doing what she loves in connecting the dots whether people or ideas to unlock often seemingly intractable client challenges.
Until July 2026, Lisa served as Group Head of Advisory, leading the integration of KPMG’s UK and Swiss Advisory practices through a significant period of transformation. During her tenure she championed the firm’s AI adoption agenda, strengthened collaboration across the business and helped achieve market-leading recognition from clients and industry alike.
Prior to leading Advisory, Lisa was Chief People Officer and Global Head of Financial Services Advisory. In 2019 she led KPMG’s Financial Services Consulting practice which had unprecedented growth during that time. Lisa’s recognition includes the Women in Banking and Finance achievement awards in 2021 and more recently was honoured with the 2023 MCA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Lisa joined KPMG in 1988 and has lived and worked in the US, UK and Switzerland. She began her career as an audit partner before moving into consulting more than 20 years ago. She has led some of the firm’s largest client relationships and has extensive experience helping organisations deliver complex transformation at scale.
