      Michael is a Director within KPMG’s Forensic Technology practice with over thirteen years of experience in the e-Discovery industry. Michael specialises in leading complex, global forensic investigations, advising his clients on the use of advanced technology, AI/ML and analytics to gain deep insights from their data and make better informed legal and regulatory decisions.

      Michael also leads KPMG’s Corporates Surveillance service, providing eComms and audio communications monitoring solutions and risk tailoring services to trading functions.

      He has helped clients throughout the UK, Europe, US and Asia with data-driven issues ranging from regulatory compliance, competition investigations, M&A, divestment, fraud, litigation disclosure, price fixing, insolvency, Anti-Money Laundering and sanctions reviews, civil investigations and computer misuse. He has worked with a range of different Corporate and Financial Services clients across various sectors.

      This experience, supported by his legal background, enables him to bridge the gap between lawyers, technology and compliance specialists.
