Sami is Head of Corporate Finance Thames Valley and South Cost and advises business owners, management teams and private equity investors across the South East on realising their strategic ambitions via capital transactions.
Sami joined KPMG in 2005, and has been the Investment Banking Lead Advisor for a variety of clients. In particular, Sami has advised numerous founders on the sale of their business to international strategic trade buyers, raising growth capital and management buy-outs for a wide range of clients.
