Janina is the capability lead for the UK Cyber Resilience team. Janina has over 15 years of consulting experience specialising in the implementation, review and optimisation of cyber security strategy, resilience, business continuity management and risk management in regards to IT/information security and OT security.
Janina has also worked on several process improvement projects using her experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
In addition to her client-facing work, Janina has also been the Performance Leader for the KPMG Cyber team for three years, looking after circa 140 colleagues in terms of the commercial success of the team, operational performance and developmental oversight.
