Kris is a Partner in KPMG’s Major Projects Advisory (MPA) practice and he leads the Programme Advisory & Capital Excellence (PACE) team. His team is experienced in embedding Project, Programme and Portfolio (P3M) excellence to improve delivery confidence across major capital investments and complex transformation programmes.
Kris has over 15 years of experience across asset intensive organisations both in the UK and internationally. He brings significant operational understanding to business transformation, strategy development and execution.
