Steve is an experienced Tax Partner and leads KPMG’s National Markets M&A Tax business.
He has significant experience of advising on transactions, including advising on acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, IPOs, demergers and Private Equity transactions.
Steve has previously completed a secondment to a mid-market PE House and has also worked in the tax team at a FTSE100 company.
