I lead KPMG’s Transactions Assurance Group, and our Audit services to companies backed by Private Equity. In my 25+ years of experience I have focused on fast growth companies, in particular with international clients as they look to expand globally and/or through acquisitions. In the past two years a number of my recurring audited entities have achieved successful exits for their investors via a de-SPAC US listing, and my time is now shared 50:50 between transactions (and leading TAG) and recurring audit engagements.
