James leads KPMG’s Transaction Services team in Yorkshire and the North East of England. He has specialised in Deals for over 20 years, playing a leading role on a wide variety of transactions for both UK based and International and Private Equity clients. James has experience across a wide range of sectors but has a particular focus on Industrials, Manufacturing and Business Services. Prior to relocating to Leeds in 2024, James was based in Glasgow and was previously Senior Partner for KPMG in Scotland. He also spent 2 years in KPMG’s San Francisco office.
