Callum is a Group Head of Advisory for KPMG UK and Switzerland and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He joined KPMG in 2020 and leads some of the firm's largest client relationships, specialising in global business transformation, pre-deal planning and post-merger integration.
Prior to joining KPMG, Callum held several senior leadership roles at UBS, including UK Wealth Management COO and transformation leadership positions across Asia, Switzerland and the US. He also spent time as a Partner at Accenture. He has extensive experience helping organisations navigate complex change, deliver large-scale transformation and create sustainable growth.
Drawing on experience gained across consulting and industry, Callum advises clients on strategic transformation, growth, operational resilience and the opportunities presented by technology and AI. He previously served as KPMG UK's Senior Elected Board Member and chaired the firm's Remuneration Committee.
Outside KPMG, he serves on the boards of two schools and chairs a charity supporting underprivileged children in Tanzania.
