David has worked in corporate tax for over 22 years, is a member of the financial services tax leadership, and is the corporate tax complaince strategy lead for KPMG UK.
He has a wide range of experience supporting his clients on tax compliance, advisory, transactions, reorganisations and on the tax implications of financial instruments. David often acts as lead tax contact for his clients, coordinating all tax workstreams and ensuring his clients receive an excellent level of service.
