Rory is a Director of our Government and Justice team. For the past 12 years, Rory has led major programmes with the Ministry of Justice and multiple police forces around the UK. He has deep experience across many parts of government, from policy and strategy through to technology and operations. Delivering real changes to improve public service delivery has been at the heart of all the projects he has led.
