Rob has over 20 years of acting in the real estate sector on high-value and complex real estate investment and development transactions both within the UK and internationally, having worked for international firms including Herbert Smith Freehills and DLA Piper before joining KPMG Law.
Rob has experience in offices, retail, hotels, student, senior living and the private rental sector, but is particularly well known in acting for many of the largest industrial/logistics developers and investors globally with the Legal 500 2023 commenting that “Rob O’Hanrahan is entrusted by developers and investors involved in logistic facility developments”.
