    He serves CxO clients in life sciences and pharma, financial services, media, FMCG healthcare sectors following long term involvement in driving a focus on customer-centricity in the private and public sectors. In the public sector his main focus is working with the NHS to support major transformation initiatives through the application of leading-edge modelling and analytics solutions.

    Anit collaborates with his clients on winning customer strategy, based on insight & analytics, actionable segmentation, winning proposition development, and optimising the end-to-end experience, both at brand and operational levels.
