Gina is a Director in our Healthcare practice, with 20 years of experience on strategy development and transformation in the NHS and central government. She largely works with clients in Integrated Care Systems but is currently advising on the New Hospital Programme.
Prior to KPMG, Gina was a Director in NHS England and led the ‘Independent Review of Integrated Primary Care in Systems’ (‘Fuller Stocktake’) that sets the direction of travel for primary care and actions for Integrated Care Systems to drive this transformation. She was also Director of Workforce Strategy in NHS England, and led the work on the interim NHS People Plan and NHS People Plan.
