Greg is a Partner in the Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) Team, which since 2011 he has helped build.
He is also a member of two sector leadership teams and a client relationship partner. He supports clients with their financial reporting and accounting issues in a vast range of business areas - such as M&A, business transformation and regulatory change. In M&A, he has extensive experience in UK and US transactions, including IPOs, carve outs, SPACs and working buy-side. He also leads KPMG’s digital accounting services in the UK. In previous roles, Greg has worked in audit teams in Sydney (Australia) and Newcastle (UK).
