Mala is a Partner with KPMG in the UK’s Deal Advisory Deal Execution team and leads the Separation offering. She brings over 15 years of experience within Deal Execution and leads the Energy & Natural Resources sector. She provides clients advice on both buy and sellside but with a particular focus on large and complex sellside engagements throughout planning, execution and implementation pre and post deal.
Mala is a key member of the global team focussing on the sellside approach.
