Nick specialises in Transfer Pricing Controversy and joined KPMG in 2018 after over 18 years with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) where he led the UK Competent Authority team responsible for Transfer Pricing. Nick leverages his experience leading MAP and APA cases to advise clients on Tax Authority engagement and dispute prevention and resolution strategies. As part of this Nick is responsible for leading KPMG’s Profit Diversion Compliance Facility teams.
