Vijay is a partner in People Services and leads KPMG’s Financial Services Performance and Reward practice. Vijay has over 25 years’ management and consulting experience having worked in senior executive level roles at several global US and European headquartered Financial Services companies and consulting firms. As such he brings a blend of technical knowledge with practical experience and commercial “know-how.”
He has extensive experience of advising executive management teams, Boards and sub-committees on complex, strategic People, Reward and Performance matters. Vijay also advises firms on remuneration strategy, remuneration committee workflows, incentive plans, performance management frameworks, ESG, reporting, pay regulation, governance, deal due diligence and integration and international mobility.
