Mike is a Partner based out of KPMG’s Nottingham and Birmingham offices. He leads our tax practice in the Midlands region and has over 20 years’ experience of providing tax services to various privately owned, private equity backed and AIM listed businesses. Mike has expertise in a range of areas, including company tax strategy and governance, share disposals, corporate reorganisations, succession planning, share incentive schemes and tax investigations. Mike has presented at a number of annual conferences organised by the ATT and CTA and has also had a number of articles published in leading tax journals.
