Robin is Chair of the Oversight Board of KPMG in the UK, ensuring the firm complies with its legal and regulatory responsibilities, in particular the principles and provisions under the Audit Firm Governance Code. He also serves as an Elected Member of the Audit Board of KPMG in the UK. He is a partner in the Financial Services practice.
Robin has nearly 30 years’ experience in investment banking and the wider financial services industry. He spent seven years working in investment banking at BNP Paribas from 2000 to 2007 (in the UK and Hong Kong); the remainder of his time has been spent as a professional adviser supporting some of the world’s largest banks, inter-dealer brokers and commodity traders with Advisory, Tax and M&A projects. He has served as the Global Head of Tax for Banking and Capital Markets and the Global Tax & Legal Sector Head for Financial Services.
