Operational Resilience - A Strategic Enabler

Ensuring operational resilience enables a firm to confirm that it can continue to deliver its critical operations and services throughout operational disruptions. Firms must be able to demonstrate that they have the ability to prevent, adapt to, respond to, and recover from disruptions such as cyber attacks, natural disasters, or technology failures to reduce the likelihood of customers suffering harm and wider firm stability or market issues materialising.
