Adrian is responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and operational excellence of the firm’s global Managed Services business. Working closely with KPMG's global industry and service line leadership, he leads the development, expansion, and delivery of market-leading, AI-native managed services that help organizations transform, operate, and continually improve their most critical business functions. Adrian's responsibilities include accelerating the growth of KPMG's Managed Services portfolio, expanding global delivery capabilities across key regions and markets, and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale. Under his leadership, KPMG Managed Services combines deep industry expertise, advanced technology, and operational insight to deliver measurable value, trusted outcomes, and long-term business impact.
Prior to this role, Adrian served as Head of Strategy and Investments within KPMG Consulting and the Global Leader for KPMG Connected Enterprise, the firm's customer-centric digital transformation service. Throughout his career, he has led international teams responsible for helping organizations deliver large-scale transformation programmes, deploy artificial intelligence at scale, redesign operating models, and accelerate digital modernization initiatives. His sector experience spans banking, insurance, and the public sector, where he has advised executive leadership teams on growth strategy, business transformation, customer experience, operational performance, and technology-enabled change.
With more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience, Adrian has led some of the largest and most complex transformation programmes across global organizations. He is widely recognized as a strategic global leader, combining vision, technology expertise, deep operational domain knowledge, and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve significant improvements in operational performance, business agility, and enterprise value. Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. He lives with his family in London.
