Dan works with public affairs leaders from across KPMG – internationally, regionally and in country member firms – to help engage with policy-makers, non-government organizations, investors, analysts, standard-setters, regulators, professional associations, think tanks, multilaterals and the public at large on key policy questions across a wide range of issues.
Believing that businesses can empower positive change in society, and that the public interest is served by policies that foster trust in our capital markets, Global Public Affairs seeks to widen the dialogue on issues as diverse as artificial intelligence, corporate reporting and assurance, corporate governance and boardroom diversity, responsible business, trade, climate change, decarbonization, and the regulation of cryptocurrency.
Prior to joining KPMG, Dan was Senior Managing Director of Corporate Governance and Public Policy at Deloitte and led Deloitte’s work with boards of directors and policy engagement with institutional investors. Prior to Deloitte, Dan served as a Director at Standard & Poor’s in London and then New York.
