Nikki’s focus is on working with CFOs to optimize their finance functions by improving the processes, tools and capability to drive and support decision-making, and enable effective and efficient cost control and compliance. Nikki specializes in business performance management, including planning and forecasting, finance operating model design, shared services and outsourcing, and finance business partnering.
Nikki has previously led strategic and operational finance teams in senior leadership roles in a number of global organizations undergoing significant change and pursuing ambitious growth agendas.
