Svilena Tzekova is Global Head of Consulting, KPMG International, and a Partner at KPMG in the UK. In her global role, she brings together more than 75,000 Consulting professionals across KPMG firms around the world.
With 20 years at KPMG, Svilena brings broad consulting experience across consumer goods, retail, oil and gas, and government, together with extensive international experience spanning Europe, Asia and the US. She has advised some of the world’s largest organizations on their most significant transformation, growth and performance challenges. Her experience spans business transformation, technology and AI adoption and operating model change.
As Global Head of Consulting, Svilena is working with leaders across Advisory, sectors and member firms to build a more connected, technology-enabled consulting business, strengthen alignment across the international network, support KPMG’s global strategy and bring together the best of the firm’s capabilities and its ecosystem partners to help clients succeed. A particular priority is helping organizations explore the opportunities created by AI and emerging technologies while managing the complexity, risk and trust challenges.
Originally from Bulgaria, Svilena has been living in the UK since 2000. A chartered accountant with a business degree, she also holds a MSc in Coaching and Behavioral change. She is passionate about creating a culture where talented people can thrive, collaborate across boundaries and bring the full strength of the organization to clients.
She is a member of the Global Advisory Leadership Team and is based in London.
