One of the biggest challenges to digital transformation is collaboration breakdown.

Our annual technology survey examines how silos can derail digital transformation efforts and offers advice on how to overcome these challenges and build a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Almost half of businesses say their technology function lacks the governance and coordination it needs to effectively support transformation initiatives. More than a third describe their culture as risk averse. And the same number are concerned about the lack of skills within the organization. All of which is adding to a delay in making meaningful transformation.
