The KPMG global tech report 2024 surveyed 2,450 technology leaders from 26 countries across 8 industries: financial services, tech, retail and consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, government and public sector, and energy. Survey respondents represented organizations with annual revenues above US$100 million and included a diverse group of technology leaders, such as chief digital officers, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, chief AI officers, and others. A significant proportion of the respondent sample comprised senior leaders: 50 percent were board members or members of the C-suite, 15 percent held director or senior manager-level positions.
