Appointment of an Interim Receiver pursuant to sections 47 and 47.1 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA")
On April 27, 2018, the Quebec Superior Court (the "Court") issued an order appointing KPMG inc. (“KPMG”) as Interim Receiver to the property of Direction Nord-Sud (D.N.S.) Ltée, Sociétés Nord Sud (D.N.S.) Ltée and 3137520 Canada inc. (collectively the "Debtors") pursuant to sections 47 and 47.1 of the BIA.
