On July 14, 2023, the Superior Court of Quebec (the "Court") issued an order appointing KPMG Inc. (Stéphane De Broux, nominee), trustee, to act as receiver (the "Receiver") of the Property of Kaloom Inc. (the "Debtor").

On September 7, 2023, Kaloom Inc. ("the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and KPMG Inc. has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.
BANKRUPTCY
On September 18, 2023, Kaloom Inc. ("the "Debtor") was deemed to have filed an assignment due to the non-filing of the proposal and KPMG Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankruptcy by the official receiver, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.
