Appointment of a Receiver pursuant to section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA")

On October 6, 2022, the Quebec Superior Court (the "Court") has issued an order appointing KPMG Inc. ("KPMG") as Receiver ("Order Appointing a Receiver") to the property of Peptigroupe Inc. (the "Debtor") pursuant to sections 47 and 243 of the BIA.

Bankruptcy

On October 6, 2022, Peptigroupe Inc. filed a bankruptcy and KPMG Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.
