On November 22, 2019, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the "Court") has issued an order (the "Initial Order") pursuant the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). This order provides a stay of proceedings ("The Stay of Procedure Period") against 9227-1584 Quebec Inc. and 9336-9262 Quebec Inc. ("The Compagnies") until December 2, 2019.
On December 2, 2019, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the "Court") has issued an Amended and Restated Initial Order pursuant the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). This order provides a stay of proceedings against 9227-1584 Quebec Inc. and 9336-9262 Quebec Inc. ("The Compagnies") until December 20, 2019.
On December 20, 2019, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the "Court") has issued an order to provides an extending of the stay of proceedings against 9227-1584 Quebec Inc. and 9336-9262 Quebec Inc. ("The Compagnies") until January 31, 2020.
On January 30, 2020, the Court issued the Second Amended and Restated Initial Order which provides for the approval of DIP Financing, the creation of Priority Charges and the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until April 30, 2020.
On March 11, 2020, the Honorable Justice Peter Kalichman requested that the Monitor prepare a report of the situation as of March 31, 2020.
On April 24, 2020, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until June 30, 2020.
On May 21, 2020, the Court issued the order for the approval of a claim process.
On June 26, 2020, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until September 30, 2020.
On September 29, 2020, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until January 15, 2021.
On January 21, 2020, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until January 29, 2021.
On January 29, 2021, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until March 31, 2021.
On March 31, 2021, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until June 30, 2021.
On April 21, 2021, the Court issued the order on the application for authorization to submit a plan to creditors.
On June 30, 2021, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until September 30, 2021.
On September 29, 2021, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until November 30, 2021.
On November 30, 2021, the Court issued the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until January 30, 2022.
On January 28, 2022, the Court issued two orders
- the order for the extension of the Stay of Procedure Period until April 29,2022
- the Third Amended and Restated Initial Order.
On March 7,2022 the Court issued an order terminating the CCAA proceedings with respect to 9227-1584 Québec inc. and discharged the Monitor.
