Katka currently leads a team of consultants and programmers, focusing on SAP technology implementations and maintaining alliance relationships with SAP. At KPMG, she is responsible for strengthening synergies in the Central European region.
She has been working in consulting for more than 15 years. Her main goal has always been to understand what customers really want and need, and then help them find effective solutions – both technological and procedural. In her projects, she focuses on using the latest technologies and transferring innovative approaches into corporate practice. She has the greatest expertise in the area of SAP system architecture and project delivery management. She places great emphasis on change management and finding motivation so that clients opt for sustainable and timeless solutions in the long term.
