      Klára works in the Advisory – Technology department, where she leads the Data and Data Governance team. She focuses on data monetization, its use in creating customer-oriented products, and overall customer data management in companies. She also focuses on customer experience, business intelligence, and the digitization of customer interactions. She has experience mainly in the telecommunications, banking, and utilities sectors, and has been leading projects in the automotive industry for more than seven years, including in the areas of sales and customer data. She is currently Key Account Manager for Škoda Auto. Before joining KPMG, she worked at Vodafone as a manager of the reports and analysis team for the retail customer segment.
