Jenny Blomberg is a partner in KPMG Acor Tax’s Global Mobility Tax Services practice. Jenny has more than 14 years of experience advising on national and international individual tax, e.g. secondment of employees, hiring-out of labour, non-salary benefits, global payroll, immigration and the setting-up of businesses in Denmark and abroad.
Jenny is specialised in providing advice to businesses and employees on international social security to ensure optimal exploitation and use of relevant agreements on social security and employer reimbursement, if any, and to ensure that employees have proper access to e.g. medical treatment, public pension plans and unemployment benefits.
Jenny has advised both small and large clients on tax structure for employers as well as employees in connection with employees' secondment from foreign businesses, including on the possible use of the tax rules for foreign researchers, the cross-border worker rules, the rules on the hiring-out of labour and any deductions.
Jenny is the author of articles in journals, including the Danish trade journals "Skat Udland" and "Revision & Regnskabsvæsen". She has taught tax and social security at several courses in connection with secondments of employees.
