I have 30 years of experience in various positions at KPMG in Germany (through October 30, 2025), spanning Audit, Advisory, engagement partner responsibilities, and leadership roles. I have been a Partner at KPMG since 2007.
Throughout my career, I have served clients of all sizes and legal structures. I gained extensive intercultural leadership and project management experience while serving as the Global KPMG Lead Partner for a multinational governance institution from 2008 to 2018, leading and overseeing large-scale projects involving up to 45 country practices and alliance partners.
Since 2007, I have served as Client Lead Partner for several significant clients within KPMG’s national and global top-tier client segment. From 2018 to 2025, I was KPMG’s Business Leader for Northwest Germany and the KPMG office in Bremen. In these market-oriented leadership roles, I developed significant expertise in strategic account management, cross-functional team building, and fostering a high-performance culture.
