      Martin Frimodt is a director in KPMG Acor Tax's Tax Transformation & Technology Services practice. Martin has more than 15 years of experience advising on digital transformation within the finance space, particularly in financial services. Before he joined KPMG Acor Tax in 2021, Martin worked with companies like ATP, Bankinvest, and Danske Bank, focusing on bridging strategy, technology, and business. Martin has participated in significant business partner transformations, from strategic to operational implementation.

      With a deep and broad knowledge of technology, Martin combines this with a digital mindset to deliver viable market solutions. He advises senior management and is involved in executing projects, turning theory into practice to support digital transformation. Martin has built development teams to support this journey.

      Martin has solid experience in financial services, having worked with banks, fund management, insurance, and pensions on various projects. He was responsible for ATP's first finance SAP S/4Hana transition in Northern Europe and was a product owner for developing a provision system for fund management kickback in the Danish banking sector. He has provided program and project support for numerous transformation, technical implementation, and business development projects, including VAT within financial services and the ATP Pensionservice case. Martin also provides sparring for various startup projects.

        Martin earned his master's degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School in 2006. Additionally, he holds a graduate diploma in business administration (accounting control and process management) from CBS and has completed training in Portfolio Theory, Fixed Income and Derivative at CBS, as well as External Accounting at the University of Southern Denmark. He is also a Certified Product Owner through scrum.org.
