Michael is a Director in the Compliance Management & Transformation team at KPMG Acor Tax. Michael has a background as a tax lawyer with more than 20 years of experience within the tax and finance area.
Before joining KPMG, Michael worked in-house for Danish multinationals like Grundfos and Arla, and is used to collaborating across the organizations to drive and implement large scale projects within corporate tax, Transfer Pricing, and M&A. Michael is passionate about work on tax transformation initiatives, modernizing tax processes and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
At KPMG he has been working extensively with the international KPMG member firms, which had led to a strong network and a global mindset to how best practice can and will look within compliance outsourcing and transformation field. Michael was previously seconded to KPMGs EMA center of excellence, advising clients throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa in transforming their tax functions, frameworks and processes based on his practical experience.
