Fredrik Lundgren is partner in KPMG Acor Tax’s Global Mobility Tax Services practice. Fredrik has more than 25 years of experience advising on international taxation, setting up businesses, relocation of expats, employer and employee obligations, social security issues and in particular cross-border taxation between Sweden and Denmark (the Oresund region).
Fredrik is specialised in national and international tax law, including in particular taxation of globally positioned key employees and employer obligations, costs and opportunities accompanying global labour, e.g. in relation to international social security, pension obligations, etc.
Over the years, Fredrik has advised a wide range of Danish and international clients on tax liability, double taxation conventions, taxation of employees on relocations, issues relating to cross-border workers and taxation of capital gains in international aspects. Moreover, he has assisted clients with impact assessment analyses of employee costs in connection with projects, especially within the Nordics but also on a global scale.
Fredrik is one of the leading Danish tax experts on Danish-Swedish tax matters. He has advised a wide range of companies, organisations and persons in connection with activities and transactions across Oresund and in the Nordics, including the relocation of companies or divisions, setting up businesses and employment.
Fredrik is the author of several articles published in trade journals, etc. He is a frequent speaker at conventions, in businesses and in connection with teaching sessions.
