Peder Reuther is partner in KPMG Acor Tax's Transfer Pricing Services practice. Peder has more than 15 years of experience advising on transfer pricing. He is responsible for providing transfer pricing services to large and medium-sized multinational enterprises.
Peder has advised on transfer pricing since 2008. Having worked in-house with a multinational corporation and with a tax administration before consultancy, Peder has encountered most aspects of transfer pricing. Besides providing advisory services, Peder teaches transfer pricing at Copenhagen Business School and speaks widely at seminars and conferences. He provides solutions in all phases of the transfer pricing lifecycle, from planning and implementation to documentation and controversy. His key competences include transfer pricing of intangibles, highly integrated value chains, and digital business models.
Representative projects include advising multinationals in social media, security information, and IT security sectors. Peder also has extensive experience in transfer pricing of value-based services. Notable projects include advising multinationals with intra-group service models, knowledge-sharing models for farming, and an algorithm-driven search and selection business expanding via franchise models.
As a stand-alone solution or subsequent to planning and implementation, Peder assists in preparing transfer pricing documentation and often partners with clients to establish technology-based transfer pricing documentation processes. As documentation requirements intensify, technology-based solutions are key to minimising errors and optimising workflow efficiency. Furthermore, Peder represents taxpayers in transfer pricing audits and manages mutual agreement procedures.
