Christina is a Partner at KPMG where she is the head of our Procurement Advisory function. She has been with KPMG since 2023, and prior to that she has gained more than 20 years of experience from various industries and has had a wide range of positions with a primary focus on procurement transformations, digital transformations, strategic sourcing and procurement optimisation.
In her role, Christina supports clients in their procurement transformations by, among other duties, facilitating end-to-end business process design, assessing maturity levels and developing transformation road-maps and target operating models, assessing procurement technology requirements, driving procurement platform implementations, anchoring organisational changes and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Besides this, Christina also plays a role within a range of procurement services including category optimization, supplier (risk) management, strategic sourcing, and spend optimization.
