      Simon Schaadt is partner in KPMG Acor Tax's Transfer Pricing Services practice and has been the daily leader of the Danish transfer pricing practice for more than 10 years. Simon has more than 20 years of experience advising on transfer pricing and international tax services for large Danish and international companies with global operations.

      Simon's projects include numerous significant audits including preparation of defence files, complaints, supporting analyses, and coordination of efforts with external lawyers. He has conducted upfront negotiations with tax authorities, obtained binding rulings on future restructurings, and designed tax consequences for business restructurings. He assists with implementing new transfer pricing structures (for both services, goods and financial transactions), prepares VDD and DD reports for sellers or buyers, and identifies optimisation opportunities. His transfer pricing work also comprises advice on restructurings including e.g. outplacement of manufacturing activities, transfer of value-adding functions, reorganisation of assets embedding also IP transfers.

      2. Education & qualification

        Simon earned his master's degree in business law, business administration and economics from the University of Copenhagen in 2006 and was awarded one of Denmark’s top 100 business talents in 2012 by Berlingske Business Magazine in the advisory category. 

        Simon also gives lectures on various educational programmes, including transfer pricing for the "Master i SKAT" programme, and speaks at various transfer pricing conferences and seminars in Denmark and abroad.
