      Lars Terkilsen is partner in KPMG Acor Tax's Corporate Tax Services practice. Lars has more than 15 years of experience advising on tax law. Lars joined KPMG Acor Tax in 2018.

      At KPMG Acor Tax, Lars advises clients on a wide range of corporate and international tax matters, including EU tax law. He has extensive experience working with both large multinational enterprises and small to medium-sized enterprises. His expertise encompasses international taxation, restructurings, international activities and permanent establishments, withholding taxes, and R&D costs.

      Before joining KPMG Acor Tax, Lars served as an associate professor in corporate and international tax law at the University of Southern Denmark.

      2. Education & qualification

        Lars earned his master's degree in business administration and commercial law from the University of Southern Denmark in 2008 and his PhD in international tax in 2010.

        In addition to his role at KPMG Acor Tax, Lars lectures at CBS, where he coordinates and teaches the Master in Tax Law course. He has published several articles and books on various aspects of tax law.
