In 2022, KPMG has invested heavily in its employees and introduced several measures to maintain KPMG as an attractive place to work. For example, KPMG has introduced an academy to make work-life balance easier for those studying to become a state authorised public accountant. In addition, KPMG has also introduced one of the industry’s most comprehensive Parent Growth programmes which, among other things, includes equal rights to 24 weeks of parental leave between parents, pension payments if the parents decide to prolong their leave with up to 13 weeks as well as full pay during grief leave.
“We do this to attract and retain employees, and it is also part of our goal to increase the number of women on our board and in our management levels in the coming years. We can see that it has an impact. We are back in the top 50 in Berlingskes Image survey, just as we are back among the 25 most favourable workplaces for business and economics students. And we are not resting on our laurels but will continue to develop existing initiatives and introduce new ones that ensure a flexible work-life balance, so we continue to be an attractive workplace that can attract new employees," says Morten Mønster.
