        KPMG manages the 590‑home Charlestown development for Respond, coordinating partners, overseeing progress, risks, design changes and quality, and ensuring full compliance with the Development Agreement.

        Camden Yard redevelopment delivers a complex mixed‑use campus with high‑performance, low‑carbon buildings, advanced smart systems, premium sustainability certifications, and flexible commercial and residential space.

        KPMG enhanced procurement processes at the Berlin Giga‑Factory, standardising payments, resolving final accounts, managing multinational contractors, and delivering a bespoke Power BI cost‑tracking dashboard using BIM and AI‑enabled tools.

        KPMG developed the masterplan cost plan for the Sport Ireland Campus and now supports delivery of key facilities across three zones, including sports, accommodation, offices and infrastructure.

      • Dylan Hotel

        Refurbishment of a 5‑star Ballsbridge hotel, delivering a new reception, cocktail room, upgraded restaurant and terrace, plus fully redesigned restrooms with high‑end finishes.

      • Dalymount Park

        KPMG provided full cost management for the Dalymount Park redevelopment, successfully bringing it through Part 8 planning and supporting delivery of a new municipal stadium, public realm upgrades, and community facilities.
