      Our people

      Our impact

      Our clients

At KPMG in Cardiff, we work with organisations tackling social challenges that align with our purpose: to deliver impact that matters. One charity we support, helps redistribute surplus food, turning what would be waste into thousands of meals for families who need them most. Others provide essentials for children living in poverty, giving parents dignity and easing the stress of daily life, while education programmes open doors for young people to build confidence and skills for the future. We offer support to these specific organisations because they reflect our firm's commitment to integrity, inclusion, and creating measurable change. Our involvement strives to amplify reach and accelerate progress to build stronger communities and a fairer society, which is why this work matters to us and to the people we serve.

      Our people

Cardiff has shown incredible growth in community engagement. In 2025, 66% of our team volunteered, contributing 962 hours to causes that matter. From mentoring and tutoring to supporting local charities, our colleagues are making a tangible difference. These efforts show the kindness our local teams embody, reflecting KPMG’s culture of empathy, collaboration, and leadership. Every hour spent volunteering strengthens our team and demonstrates that we live our values, not just talk about them. Together, we’re creating ripples of impact that extend far beyond office walls. We supported National Numeracy launch in Wales for the first time and presented to 1,400 pupils in the Cardiff regions on KPMG and the key skills which are important to succeed.

      Our community

We invest in initiatives that make Cardiff stronger and more connected to create opportunities for all. Our support helps organisations improve food provision, reduce stigma around seeking help, and offer education and mentoring programmes that inspire ambition and build skills. Getting involved on a deeper level helps build resilience and hope where it’s needed most. Every project we back delivers measurable change: fewer families going hungry, more young people gaining confidence, and communities that feel supported and empowered.
