      Access your vision

      This 4-month programme is designed to make you Series A investor-ready. We select up to 15 high-potential founders and equip you with the critical knowledge, networks, and practical strategies needed to successfully navigate the funding market. You'll gain actionable insights from KPMG experts, leading investors, and successful founders. It comprises:

      Series A Deep Dive: Understand the unique nuances of Series A funding and gain direct insights into VC mindsets.

      Compelling Investment Documents: Master frameworks and strategies to create stand-out pitches and investor communications that get noticed.

      Robust Financial Modelling: Learn best practices for financial models and understand how investors scrutinise assumptions.

      Refined Pitching: Practice your pitch in a closed session with VCs and peers, receiving direct feedback to perfect your deck and delivery. Conclude with a celebration dinner and guest speaker.

      Plus, benefit from tailored 1-on-1 advice from KPMG experts in Tax, Legal, and Corporate Finance, alongside dedicated 1-on-1 sessions with your cohort lead and a specialized pitch clinic.

      If you’re planning to raise a growth funding round in the next 12-18 months, this is your opportunity to ensure your business is investor-ready — with expert support, strategic insights, and direct access to a powerful network of founders, funders, and corporates. 

      Access helps scale-ups to raise funds to accelerate growth. It’s for companies that have proven traction and are now facing the challenge of scaling operations, internationalising and raising significant growth capital, whether that be Series A, B, C or venture debt.

      Stage: ‘Post seed’. You've proven your business, and you are now focused on scaling.

      Revenue: £1-£10m annualised (but we assess on growth potential so flex on both sides).

      Growth intent: Targeting a significant raise in the next 12 months to fund scale, with a minimum 20% YoY growth.

      Business Model: Technology-led businesses in B2B or B2C with scalable defensible IP or platform economics. If in a different sector we will look at relevant model and growth metrics

      Sectors: Will vary depending on the cohort focus.

      Mindset: Ambitious founding teams who see capital as a strategic lever. You want to upskill, understand the VC mindset and gain a significant competitive advantage.

      Upon joining the cohort you’ll get a dedicated cohort manager who will help you navigate your growth journey with KPMG. They’ll make sure that our colleagues provide you all the insights, tools and network you need.

      We will meet monthly in person for our core modules. You will also benefit from tailored advice from KPMG experts in Tax, Legal, and Corporate Finance, alongside dedicated 1-on-1 sessions with your cohort lead and a specialised pitch clinic.

      KPMG Access will be delivered in person at the KPMG’s Canary Wharf office in London. Upon joining one of our cohort groups we will require you to:

      Be available to attend all dates, which will be provided in advance over the 4-month programme. This is 4 days in London, one evening event and 3 x one hour virtual 1-1 meetings with KPMG cohort lead and venture advisory team. 

      • Attend all modules, support your other cohort members, and to help build a community.
      • Adhere to all requests around non-disclosure of confidential or commercially sensitive information whilst participating in group sessions.
