Florian co-leads KPMG Strategy in Switzerland and leads our Swiss Strategy business in deals.
He has worked on strategy and deals projects for the past 12+ years, both in consulting and in industry. His key areas of expertise include deal execution (e.g. integration/separation in M&A and Joint Ventures, incl. synergies), commercial due diligence, growth strategy and operational value creation projects. He has broad sector experience with a particular focus on TMT, industrials and construction. Geographically, he has worked on local Swiss projects, as well as large cross-border projects in Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.
Prior to joining KPMG in Zurich, Florian worked for several years for a well-known Swiss industrial OEM in China in both global and local country roles. He speaks fluent German, English and Chinese (Mandarin).
