Leveraging his academic foundation in psychology and management, Nick excels in guiding both leaders and employees as they navigate the complexities of change and challenging periods.

In his role as head of People & Change Advisory he is responsible for a wide range of people consulting services, such as HR operating model, HR technology, M&A HR services, change management, culture programs, technology adoption, organizational design and leadership development. Nick has a strong international network within KPMG, belonging to the global leadership of KPMG’s People & Change community. His clientele is diverse and extensive, encompassing major global corporations and midsize organizations across a range of industries such as life science, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, sports, media and the public sector.
